Ms. Rae Ann Hart serves as the administrative assistant on the project. She has administered several large grants for international projects, EPA, and NSF. Rae Ann was happy to become part of the BEHAVE project because of her love for animals. She loves horse racing especially chariot racing. As Rae Ann was growing up, she earned money by raising calves culled from nearby dairy farms. Her favorite pet was a milk goat who was not only a good friend but also donated milk to the calves. Now she keeps busy raising four boys and supervising their summer 4-H lamb projects.
