Dr. Banner is Extension Rangeland Specialist in the Department of Wildland Resources at USU. He has management and technical experience in ranching and rangeland resources management. He served in an administrative role as Chief of Party for the USAID-funded Range Improvement Project in Morocco. His current project focuses on using livestock supplementation and grazing to improve biodiversity in sagebrush dominated rangelands.
